Contacted EconoLodge prior to my stay and was assured by this kind and welcoming soul that I ven though I was arriving late…he would be there and would have my check-in and needs waiting for me. "All was good - only reason not excellent is that the tv in our room didn't work properly - it may have been a bandwidth issue as every channel would freeze up and digitize - quite annoying but we just turned it off after a while of dealing with it and didn’t notify them until the next morning when we were checking out. "
