"Our hotel room clean, quiet and comfortable "

"Nice cheaper spot in petoskey. Short drive to downtown, casino and any stores you need are right there. Boyne Mtn, Highlands and Nubs all within 30 mins. It’s pet friendly which is nice. The only bad thing were the pillows. Bed was fine, room was clean and warm even in the winter. We will book again. "

"It's a great place to stay. We stay here in the winter as it isn't far from Boyne Highlands and love being near Petoskey. It's well-taken care of, plenty of room for the 6 of us and has a great brunch place right there on property called Maple & Batter. "

"Terry was a perfect host! So easy to check in and out. Breakfast was continental with a lot of great options! Location was great for our weekend plans. The house was very charming. "

"We had a wonderful stay here, the home was well appointed for 3 couples and 2 toddlers with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the close proximity to Boyne. Our hosts were very responsive if we had questions and even went above and beyond to clear snow at the home while we were there. Would definitely stay again!"

"You really can’t beat this location. It’s a short walk to the main lift. Also a short walk to the waterpark. Three large bedrooms fit our family very easily."
