"When arriving, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. There was broken glass on the bedroom floor, which was hazardous and unacceptable. In addition, the lights did not turn on, making the glass only visible during the daytime. The sheets had many hairs on them, making it obvious that they hadn't been properly cleaned or changed between guests. "I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything.
