"The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help as long as you could find them. When i arrived I couldnt find the front desk attendant who was in a back room and there was no sign or bell to ring to alert her of my presence. Another guest had been waiting for 10 minutes. Someone in the lobby, who had been visisting with others went and knocked on the office door when she realized we were waiting for help. It would be great to put some sort of call button out. "The shuttle service and over all customer service was fantastic. Nice and friendly staff. The room was very clean. The furniture was out dated and dinged up but still the room was clean. Cons to my stay were the heater/ac unit vent was very dirty so i did not use it, the smoke detector was missing and the look of the sprinkler system had me questioning if it actually worked as parts of it dangled slightly from the ceiling. Overall though i was pleased with my stay, especially for the price...
