"We absolutely love this property! Everyone is so kind and the location is so convenient for venues/going downtown. The breakfast here is literally one of the best I’ve had (would love to have an alt milk source like almond milk, but understand its niche). This is now our go to when we visit KC! Thank you for providing such a great facility"

"Fairfield’s are usually a safe bet. Typically updated, easy parking, decent breakfasts. This was a larger Fairfield and I did get lost as there are many exits and stairways and wings to the building it seemed. It worked fine for my needs. Can’t go wrong with an updated Fairfield. I was moved from my first room as the fire extinguisher was making a very constant noise within in. It would have kept me up all night. The second room tub was plugged and very slow draining. "Room was very clean, comfortable, and open. TV was also large. Room came with a refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryer, etc. Check in and out was very and quick, staff were always attentive. The first night my room on the third floor was very quiet. The second night there were many teenagers/young adults running around until about midnight. It wasn't disturbing enough to contact the front desk but was noticed. Hotel is in a safe area that is close to food, gas, and shopping. "

"The room was nice, the pool was very small. The hot tub was OK. Warner than the pool but not really hot and the only protein at breakfast was microwaved sausage patties that were an unappealing color. The toaster worked great and the cereal and donuts were OK but definitely not a main dish. "
