"Fabulous experience staying in the jungle. Accommodation basic but lying in bed listening to howler monkeys / frogs can't be beaten. Staff extremely helpful and the breakfast banana pancakes when we arrived via water taxi were amazing. Lots of places to sit out in the breeze looking at the river boats and bird watch "

"Nos encantó la estadía en este hotel, es muy tranquilo, es muy conveniente de llegar, aceptan mascotas, hay muchas opciones para comer e incluye desayunos, sin embargo pueden mejorar con el tema de la limpieza y tuvimos que ir varias veces al lobby a solicitar jabón, porque solo nos dieron uno tanto para manos como para cuerpo para 2 personas, tuvimos que volver a solicitar más y solo nos dieron un segundo jabón."

"Such a beautiful place in the middle of nature. I loved their pool and food was amazing (we got the “full board” option for all of our meals paid for and it was definitely worth it, buffet style, delicious). Staff were incredible, kind and always helpful! Clean rooms - with all you need. "Fabulous settling, lovely gardens, very basic tired room. Breakfast and dinner was OK. Hated the wooden seats without cushions in the dining area."

"La chambre est très bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est très attentionné et la vue est magnifique sur les villes de Cartago et San Jose situées plus bas. Cet établissement est idéal pour accéder aux cratères du Volcan Irazu tôt le matin. Vu notre départ avant l'heure du petit déjeuner, nous avons reçu celui-ci la veille et avons tout déposé dans le frigo pour manger avant notre départ pour le volcan. "

"Very cool place with good food and the staff was awesome. Location is pretty remote but worth the view. Would recommend only using vehicles with decent clearance. We had a Nissan rogue and that did the trick. "
