"This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. "

"Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. "We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. "Good stay"

"The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "

"The property manger Sameer made our trip so comfortable and pleasant . He went out of his way to provide us excellent information about nearby places to visit and have food . He even provided us with brunch !!! Such an hospitality is rare to find . The place was clean but little noisy during the early hours due to arrival of pilgrims. "
