"This hotel is excellent in both location and hospitality. The staff are all incredible—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. "We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. "Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. "Tiger Tops Elephant Camp was amazing. Walking through the jungle with the elephants and getting up. Lose and personal with them was an unforgettable experience. We saw rhinoceros on the Jeep Safari. I would highly recommend this experience."

"Lets face it. Butwal is not a tourist destination or major foreign investment site. The hotel options are limited. At Darcy's you get a clean room, professional service, safe meals and privacy. "The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "

" The hotel was nice but in need of updating. We had a Japanese-styled room with rice paper doors with many damaged rice paper panels. There was no light next to the bed, only the overhead light. "First thing first, it’s peaceful and clean. I don’t usually dine outside because I am very health conscious. I always try to book B&Bs because of the flexibility to cook your own food. It had access to ac, kitchen and living room which made my travel very comfortable . Internet is a plus as wifi is all around the house. I would really like to thank my hosts for making my visit at Siddharthanagar enjoyable."
