"After a long day on the road, it was a disappointing stay on New Years Eve. The access to the hotel was very hazardous. The entrance was not clearly marked and hidden by other businesses. We arrived after dark. The TV did not work. The front desk did not answer the phone to help. The pet area was very trashy. No where else to walk the dog on grass. The breakfast was excellent. The heating system was very loud/no shutoff. "

"Breakfast is great! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and the facility is quiet and relaxing. Our only suggestion is upgrading the sofa bed. It is not a realistic option for teens or adults, super thin uncomfortable mattress. Everything else was great!"

"Great staff, Matthew, the GM was kind and understanding. Ours was an unplanned weeklong stay. Matthew checked on us the morning after we checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable bed!!! The complimentary breakfast was amazing w hot eggs, sausage/biscuit, waffles etc. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We WILL stay here again when visiting at LMU. "
