"As mentioned, I double booked a second rez for a friend to test what was being offered on Expedia - meaning that my 2nd rez I effectively had 2 rooms reserved for the same day; however 3 rooms still shoed being available with private shower. The staff assured me that this time I would get the room with private bath. ONE staff allowed the transfer with the new rez but a few hours later another staff asked for additional money for this room with the manager behind the scene on the phone. I...

You took £489.00 from my account for the payment, I explained that my husband has health problems, so that we can search for another accommodation to accommodate his needs but you refused to refund the payment. Your management is a complete joke and nobody should waste their money. "

"Not what i was hoping for, the bathroom was invaded by insects, the shower door was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't close at all. After my 3 night of stay my room electricity was turned off i couldn't sleep due to the heat and mosquitoes. "

"A wonderful hotel, nice and quiet, pool is small but ideal for cooling down. Rooms are basic but spotless, staff are really friendly, an ideal place to stay, a minute walk across the road to the beach. Would definately recommend and would go back again."
