Very hard mattress set in top of permanent concrete platform. Leaking a/c that was a fixed with a piece of wood that pointed directly onto mattress. Busy body in keeper that dug through our trash bag. "

"I stayed here with some work colleagues for business purposes, as the resort is very close to our work in one of the nearby industrial estates. "I stayed in room A-2, near the office area. In my special instructions, I asked for 4 extra pillows and I would check in after 6pm. We arrived just before 7pm. The night manager greeted us like we were thieves. We told him (my Thai g/f) we wanted to check in. I gave him my passport and reservation booking number. He stood there asking for money. I told him and showed him i had paid. Just go look it up to see my booking # and information. Did he go to the office... no...he kept saying he...

"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave.
