"The rooms are now a bit dated needs some cosmetic work especially the bathroom. The reception staff and cleaners we very pleasant and helpful unlike the owner/boss never spoke on any occasion. Made a complaint about the condition of the swimming pool dirty all around the perimeter plus debris surrounding walkway dirty as was the shower cubicle. Toilet facilities pool area dirty. Hardly any seating old dirty and tables same and damaged. All fitness equipment dirty and in bad condition Nothing...

"The property seemed nice and staff was nice.. It was clean and comfortable however, we were sneezing a lot and our throats were irritated. We're no sure if it was due to chemicals or what...also, check in was a bit uncomfortable because staff said they are required to check our visa and immigration documents and report this to immigration. That was uncomfortable. "

"I realise that you get what you pay for, and I thought the price was high for where we were, but the hotel was by far the WORST I’ve ever stayed in. Stinking Rooms, filthy dirty Showers and busted toilets- Absolutely no water for a day made the stay even more unbearable. Breakfast consisted of a thimble of tank coffee. Never ever again Hotels.com "
