"This is an amazing property in a peaceful location surrounded by stunning countryside. Our check in and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and eat easily without having to go out anywhere. Be advised that because of the stunning and remote location, a car is essential. Loved it!"

"Overall a reasonable hotel. Dinner and breakfast were totally acceptable, particularly the dinner (both quality and price). I slept well, although the other two persons with me said the beds were hard."

"We had a warm welcome after a long day's walking. The room didn't have windows, but was very charming, and done in an old style. Trevi is a beautiful place and I recommend staying in Hotel Trevi. "

"The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

"The property is close to the sea and you can easily go for a walk along the seafront at night. Poor information at check-in and various requests not attended or had to wait more than one day. Restaurant and room service badly organized"

"It’s a lovely little place centrally located, very quiet, great service. The rooms are clean and well maintained if a little on the dated side. Bathrooms are modern but very small: shower was miniscule (I could barely bend over to wash my feet without knocking the door open, and I only weigh 140 lbs). The breakfast is terrific and it’s really nice to be centrally located. A great value overall but I’d say the hotel rating should be 3 stars, not 4."

"Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast included wwith stay. Highly recommend. "

"This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk. Parking can be a challenge but the property offers valet service for an extra charge. Breakfast offferings were very good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private - each room has a private entrance in a "condo/townhome" type of setting. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."

"La struttura è accogliente, immersa nel verde, silenziosa. Le camere sono ampie, i bagni ben strutturati e con tutte le comodità. "The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. So we decided to take the first room which had a large bathroom/walk in shower. The amenities in the room were good although there was a bad smell much of the time. "Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs. "
