"This was an overnight unexpected stay due to a flight delay. Shuttle driver in the evening was extremely kind, and she showed empathy to us with our delay. Shuttle driver in the morning was kind as well and promptly got us to the airport. Front Desk Reps were very service oriented and so understanding of our situation.
