"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"The best place to stay in Preston. A hidden gem, great value for money. 10-12 minutes walk from the station, the room that I stayed in was very tidy and clean. Host is very friendly and good with responding to messages, clear instructions on checking in. Will definitely come back if I ever need to stay in Preston."

"Great location, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops on door step. Fab location for a stroll along promenade even though the weather was horrendous (during the heavy storms and weather warnings!). We still went out and were there for a funeral. Amazing apartment on ground floor."
