"We received a btight cheery welcome with some helpful advice on nearby eating options. The upgrade room was spacious and comfortable with great views. Unfortunately there was a problem with lack of heating, hiwever a portable heater supplied from reception solved the problem. Breakfast was excellent with some quality elements to choose from."

"We were really impressed with this hotel. The room and general amenities were to a good standard. The staff were excellent. We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good.
