"I was looking for an economical, no frills hotel near Gore Mountain for skiing. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The water was warm and it was relatively quiet all the time. No complaints. Will return again."

This is a lovely place, well located on a quiet side road with a beautiful large creek along which we took a nice long walk. It is a close drive to the many activities around North Creek. We felt so warmly welcomed by Dave and also by Wilson, an exceptionally well-behaved dog. "Rustic and homey as I would imagine a quaint ski motel. Decorated with beautiful pieces of art by local artists. Loved Beck's Tavern constructed of Yurts out back, with live music. And Beck's Tavern serves delicious German cuisine."

"We are long-time summer residents who needed alternative housing. We are so glad that we were able to rent this home. You walk in the door, and just wow. The view is 180 degrees of mountains, lake, and clouds. You can just enjoy the view all day. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were great. The dining room-kitchen area made for easy cooking and dining. Wonderful deck for watching sunsets. This is a perfect place for family time, and everyone had plenty of privacy. It's a retreat...
