"They asked me for more money an hour before I got there. The stairs were missing a railing and my kid fell off and got to paralyzed pretty easily. Shower head had a built-in water heater and had an exposed wire going to it you could see the metal. Other than that it was great"

"It is not a hotel. It is located more than 15 minutes from the center of turrialba in a very remote area, difficult to access and without services such as supermarket, banks, etc. It is not well maintained. I did not stay to sleep and ask for the refund."
