"Very enjoyable stay in a comfortable and quiet setting. Very easy access to downtown Zurich via tram (barely a 2 minute walk from the hotel). A very good place for travellers on a budget as well as looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but that you can get to easily."

"There's free tea/coffee is available from an area just in front of the reception office and the lounge is comfortable if you don't want to sit in your room. Having expected nothing to be provided, I was surprised to find handwash and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer. Our room didn't have a wardrobe but there was hooks and a couple of hangers plus a shelving unit available had we wanted to unpack. The ladies at reception were very helpful with transport info and also...

"Love the location. The hotel is a bit older but very cute and quaint. I asked to be upgraded to a double room and unfortunately, they just pushed two twin beds together so it was a bit disappointing. I was staying with my dad and the room was very small for the two of us but we made it work. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and I was able to check-in after hours with ease so overall, I'd give this experience four stars! "
