"Staff were awesome. Special thanks to Cassie and Alex for help with our travel plans. Room was small but adequate. Not 5 star but awesome for the price. Bed was only 6 inches from wall on one side so this was inconvenient but bed and bedding was lovely and comfy. Appreciated daily bottles of water, tea and fabulous instant cappuccino. "非常差勁的體驗，房間的天花板與牆壁到處都是霉斑。 建議千萬不要花錢預定或住宿該飯店，非常劣質、非常糟糕！ 浴室的壁紙發霉脫落破損，蓮蓬頭積滿水垢與霉斑，而且沒有熱水。 我在該『飯店』住宿了三晚。 第一天晚上沒熱水，在WhatsApp向服務人員反映，結果在次日的下午4點才收到回覆表示歉意； 第二天回到飯店，發現仍然沒熱水，再次反映，服務人員詢問是否可以晚間11點來房間查看。我請他們不要再這麼晚來打擾我了，可以次日我外出時，請工作人員來檢修。 第三天晚上，依然沒有熱水，我相當憤怒，因為我洗了三天的冷水澡；過了大約一小時，忽然有所謂的『員工』敲門要求進入房間。我說我已經洗過冷水澡了，不用現在檢修了，我明天就要離開。但是他們堅持要維修，於是我讓他們進入房間檢修，大約檢修半小時後才開始有熱水，並要求我確認已經修復完畢。 一個沒有熱水供應的房間，一個答應客戶會盡快處理的客戶卻滿口謊言，在客戶極度不悅下才在最後一晚有所反應，卻嚴重打擾與造成我的不是嚴重打擾與造成我的不便。 竟敢自稱自己經營的是一間『飯店』！？"
