"This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"This place is great! When we started to plan our trip to Florence we couldn't believe the high cost of the hotels there...so we decided to stay in Prato because it's less than 30 min. in a train that runs few times every hour for under $3 each way. 10 min. walk from the train station Prato Centrale to this family run old school hotel. Prato is also great historic town with restaurants and all you need if you decide to eat there. What a great stay. Saved us over $1000 in our 7 day trip. Thanks!!!"

"It was really happy for my stay. the guy, Mr. Andrea, who is very kind and helpful, had offered all the best service for me so I feel really comfortable during stay. The room was super clean and of course the bathroom was also nice and clean. For me the cleaness is most important matter so I was happy with them. I dont know about the ristorante, didnt use it, so you may need to refer the other guys' review. Thanks Andrea and I will visit again 100pct. ciao ciao ciao!"

Was welcomed by Il Capo and his family (Fabio and his wife and 2 sons) special shout out to Fabio and Eduardo who spoke very good English and recommended us great places to visit. "Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Booked and promised: "Room with view". In reality: Room was groundfloor and in front of parking place. Despite rainy and cold days heating didn't work and for the heater brought by landlord he charged extra fee for electricity (10€ per day!). Rooms not been cleaned a single time in one week, for change of towels we had to ask. Finally landlord said he never received 30% of prepayment (which we advised but didn't have papers at hand as we trusted and thought confirmation of booking would be proof...
