"This was the absolute best hotel stay that I have ever had in Rome NY. If you were looking for a hotel in Rome, then this is absolutely what you’re looking for. They have the friendliest staff in the entire world they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. We also rented a conference room from them and they went out of their way to accommodate us with many different things. There is absolutely zero chance that I ever stay at any other hotel in the Rome New York area ever...

"Room was clean but had a stale odor. Lighting is horrible in bathroom. Also socket on lamp by only mirror in room was lose and plugs wouldnt stay in outlet. Biggest thing wifi dod not have a password making wifi not secure! Overall price a bit high for the room and minimal services available. Also it snowed before we checked in and sidewalk was not shoveled to the back entry door."
