"This is a very cute, quaint hotel in Sispony. Absolutely beautiful views, but it is a little inconvenient to get to La Vella. There is a nearby bus stop, but it seemed very irregular, so taxis were the way to go. However, a very cute property in all! "

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. "Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. "Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. "Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. "Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."
