"The Lodge itself is so beautiful! You are greeted by a cozy fire place entryway, sitting area, and bar. The bar is only open on weekends. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable!! Our room just happened to be right by the employee entry door. The door is heavy and loud and we heard it slam shut all night long and early morning. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. It is less than 5 miles from downtown Nelsonville."

"there for my mothers funeral. pleased with cleanliness - interesting have been at other hotels including holiday Inn that were not well maintained so i deduce that it depends on who owns the franchise that makes the difference. this was nice especially for why we were in Lancaster. "

"The gentleman that checked us in was professional and pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean. Dining options were great as well. We used the hot tub and that was also very clean and a nice layout. "
