"It's rather expensive for what is essentially a premium pod style hotel with no windows. The bed was very firm as were the pillows oddly. There is also a green light on the ceiling which, couples with the aircon screen illuminates the entire room to a point of discomfort. Considering the size of the room its well thought out with good plug locations and a good shower in the bathroom. The location for early T3 flights cannot be beaten (as it's the only one). "Booked a family room for four. Only 1 water bottle, 2 coffees and two teas left In room, so slippers and one bath robe. But there were two beds. Very nice lobby and restaurant and breakfast very good. The waiting staff were phenomenal. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wonderful comfy bed and bedding! Great accommodation for a a long or short stay, as rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and adequate kitchen supplies;(microwave, fridge, kettle, utensils). The only thing missing are essential toiletries, but they are available for purchase in the lobby. Would definitely stay again and an easy drive( or Shuttle bus away) from Heathrow."
