"Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. "The surrounding of the hotel is dirty with too much garbage (not the property's fault). But inside the property is okay. The airport shuttle is actually a taxi the receptionist calls for you. The location is good since SM Clark, restaurants, drug store, variety store, and internet cafe are all closeby."
