"We stayed in 19 different hotels over the last 5 months while waiting for completion of a new home. This was our favorite. We stayed here 3 times for a total of about 50 days. The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean and well maintained. The location is convenient to dining and shopping and parking is free (unlike another extended stay hotel nearby). "

At the end of our 4-day stay, our clothes even smelled like the hotel, yuck. The front-desk staff could be friendlier; house-keeping staff was great! "After staying at other hotels in Rancho Cordova this time stayed at the Hawthorne. From the outside it did no look like much, but the minute you walk inside you can see things are getting better, yes some things still need repair and updating. This hotel is in the middle of refurbishment and this brings me great hope. The staff could not have been nicer. My room had new flooring , new bed, new couch and updated bathroom. A few nice touches are good wifi, many tv channels, even tea bags not...

"Honestly, I really loved my stay at Holiday Inn Express. Everybody from the staff in the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, the room was nice and clean, the furniture well maintained and almost brand new. And I preferred very close and convenient location to Sutter Roseville Medical Center. 10/10!"

"Some of the prior reviews made me hesitant to book but I am glad I did. The front desk staff were so great and helpful. Addressing some reviews, yes they allow pets, yes the bathrooms were clean, yes the beds have a metal box spring and the mattress isn't superior but it was clean and comfortable, the TV (plural there were 2) worked, I paid an additional 10 bucks for two queens with a wet bar and the room set up had the wet bar counter between the beds which was a nice feature and afforded a...
