"When we first arrived, the office location was quite confusing. It turns out the office and motel was next door and was under a different name, the Airport Goldstar Motel. When we finally found the office and checked in the desk clerk asked if we wanted a nice, newly updated room for only $20 more than we had already paid. I agreed. "Absolutely perfect location, great views of downtown Auckland, just one street from trendy restaurants, modern/contemporary, secure parking, quiet. Two slightly smaller chairs on the outside balcony would have been nice rather than one large chair, and just one keycard was inconvenient for a couple. Would stay again for sure."

"It is secure,quiet and all the ameneties are a walking distance. The Apartments are extremely clean.The one aspects that surprised me was 1. I had been charged for the apartment three weeks before my visit. "

"There was a cockroach inside the cupboard under the sink. We called the landline to ask for an insect spray but since there was no staff in the afternoon, they cannot provide one until the next day. So, we chose to buy an insect spray ourselves. There was no hair dryer. Some fixture need refurbishment like the bathroom vanity. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff in the morning where friendly."

"For a homestay the property was in good condition.They offer a basic continental breakfast if you need a quick bite. However, the noise from vehicles passing by the road especially at night was bothering. "
