"We really like this beautiful and unique hotel. It’s a great location and a very atmospheric building. But there is one issue: We stayed 6 nights and our room was cleaned once. We had to chase down housekeeping to get clean towels and toilet paper. It’s not acceptable for a such a nice hotel. It seems they don’t have enough staff for housekeeping. Please address this. We stayed several years before and had the same issue. "

"We had 2 adjoining rooms, which was great for family stay. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work properly, it was very cold first even when we tried to change the temperature, it made no difference. The hotel reception was very helpful and turned the cooling off, however, it was way too warm then, and even when we tried to put temperature to 19, it was still going up as high as 25 degrees. We had to sleep with windows open. Other than that...
