"For the money, this is a decent motel. There's no breakfast, but my unit had a kitchenette, so I made meals and had snacks there, which saved me some $. We did eat out a couple times in the area. We were able to park right in front of our room. The manager was helpful. My bed was hard, which wasn't to my liking, but my brother liked his. The room was spacious. The TV is crap, so bring your own laptop and HDMI cable to watch stuff."

I was worried about the overnight low of 5 celcuius but the duvet was amazing - the bedding was better than most upscale hotel's but with the soundtrack of wind blowing through the marshlands outside as a huge bonus.....just incredible. "Easy to find and only 5 mins from Sandbanks by car. Our RV was in good condition but the queen-sized mattress is due for replacement. The interior was very clean and stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. There was only one condiment, salt. We didn't use the stove or oven because the propane bbq provided had a side burner and worked like a charm. Don't expect much privacy as the units are close together and far from soundproof. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia?
