"Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena."

"We had a wonderful stay. The host, Luca, was great to communicate with prior to check in and met us at the property despite our arrival being a bit delayed. He provided a brief history of the area and the farm and gave instructions regarding the property. He also provided recommendations on restaurants and suggestions of where to park in Florence. This was very useful during our visit. The weather was a bit chilly so we did not get to use the pool however the views from around the property were...

"In a heritage house of a medieval like town, facing church bell tower - great ambience! However, both two days we stayed was without food services (restaurant at site opens 5 out of 7 days😂). Room supply such as hot water and coffee etc are missing (the town does not have any shops) so was a bit inconvenience."

"Séjour d une nuit ou il a été possible de découvrir cet hôtel de famille ou le temps s est arrêté. Une retour dans les années 60 avec un accueil des plus agréable. "We stayed here from June 17- 20 in 2019. Loved it! We stayed in one of the apartments w/kitchen and it was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. The property is set on beautiful, well kept grounds, and we had constant breeze coming into our apartment so days and nights were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! There was a michelin star restaurant walking distance from the property, but unfortunately, it was reserved for a wedding party the few days that we were there, so we weren't...

"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."
