"We could see the river and Zurriola beach and the waves from our room but a short walk across the bridge. Staff was very nice. Let us check in early and gave us an upgrade!"

"The setting was fabulous close to the beach 10 min walk. From the room a view of the harbour slightly blocked by buildings. Easy to walk to restaurants and beach. Our room was rather small the shower even smaller and I am not big. Beautiful old house converted fabulous wooden staircase (no lift). Fresh and plentiful continental breakfast. Lovely staff. "

There is no lock on the room. Shower was ok. I wake up to construction noise in the morning. There is no proper kitchen and if someone is cooking you can smell it from your bed. "
