We slept 8 comfortably with everyone in a bed, but there is room for more if willing to sleep on couch - folds out. Small but functionally side deck. "Absolutely loved our relaxing week in this condo! Beautiful kitchen, well stocked dishes and utensils for us to cook with. Very clean and well kept. We loved sitting on the porch and seeing the pool. We used the grills several times and everyone we met while at the pool was very friendly. "
