Apparently there was a communication problem with the groundskeeper regarding the date we would arrive, so our camper wasn't ready when we got there (no hot water or electricity) but it was promptly handled by a phone call. After explaining I had allergies and wanted a room change, I was told the only way to make a change was to upgrade to a more expensive room ($25 more).
