"Hotel itself is spartan but clean and quiet. Good bus and train service but a long way from downtown and tourist attractions. Discount mall nearby and shops for Indian and Muslim community. Not as safe after dark. Several bars just up the road with shouting and police sirens at night."

"The accommodation was exactly what was advertised and about what you’d expect for the relatively inexpensive price. The room was tired but spacious and clean enough. Couldn’t locate an iron or board in the room. Don’t leave food out in the kitchen or the ants will be in it within about 10 minutes. Nice to have a mineral pool attached to the room. Close to a Four Square as well as a few takeaway options. Self check in worked for us. Communication was fine. "

"This motel looks quite scruffy from the outside but the unit itself had been refurbished and was quite spacious. Excellent beds and linen, but threadbare towels and no salt and pepper. A mirror by a powerpoint is needed for drying hair as the hairdryer can't be plugged in the bathroom. A handy location close to the beach and shops and surprisingly quiet at night."

"It was a great property in a wonderful neighborhood. We did have problems with the wifi, which the management tried to help us resolve (though unsuccessfully). We appreciated the parking, the coffee (ncluding decaf), as well as the treats. "
