"I liked that the property had good working wifi. The hotel staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, the AC worked fine. I didn’t like that the hot water wasn’t working. I also did not like that we didnt have things readily available like towels, bottled water, and cups. We had to keep leaving our rooms to ask for these things. "

"Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."

Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra.
