"I liked the hotel and location but I will book on the IHG webiste going forward. I arrived and needed to cancel my trilp and unfortunately the Expedia website was not helpful and the hotel said they could not help me. "

"I had an issue with my first room and your desk. Staff was very very helpful to me and very nice. I was happy with the breakfast in the lobby the next morning and happy with the desk staff at that time. your employees made the stay very nice."

"We were running late for check in and the front desk staff was very welcoming and stayed late to help us. Nice property on a golf course, great views. Will come back again. "

"Rooms are older but clean. They came by everyday to make sure we had clean towels etc. Holly was exceptional and very helpful. Went beyond. "

"Close to the interstate . Room was clean, AC/Heat worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel was a bit on the rundown side. I asked the front desk if i could get an extra pillow and was responded with " I'll see of i can find any" amd i never heard from them. "

"At arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner, John. His hospitality was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. This is far better than a hotel. The ideal bed and breakfast charm too. He is so kind and goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and appreciated. We came to Augusta for medical reasons, and his kindness touched us at a difficult time. I will be staying here in the future, during my visits for treatment at the Augusta hospital."

"Wonderful check in staff. 1st room was non-smoking but seemed anomeone had smoked heavily in. When brought to front desk attention, she quickly moved us into a new room. I anppreciate that she went above and beyond when the issue was brought to her attention. Thank you!"
