"La Conchiglia has been family run for decades and it shows. From the moment we walked up we were greeted warmly and the family did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay (e.g. helped us with the bus system, talked to us about travel ideas, etc.). It truly felt like they wanted to enjoy their hotel rather than it being a transaction. "View out of our window was incredible. The room was perfect. The hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at and the staff was so helpful. There is no restaurant or bar attached so you must drive or walk. Their is a very busy road that isolates this hotel along the front."

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump.
