Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. "Most things were fine but we had planned barbecue get together with numerous people and the grill was not functioning. No response to request for compensation due to significant inconvenience. Had to find a way to barbecue elsewhere which was difficult with small children. That was to be our principal entertainment for the weekend."

"This was the perfect location for Thanksgiving. The place is beautiful. I was a little unclear how the property was laid out from the pictures. The view from the house is spectacular. We had a bit of a struggle when the snow came and we were not prepared to get our cars down the driveway. We will trust the forecast next time and pack some salt. "The pictures on the website, don't do justice to how adorable the cabin is, in person. When I arrived, I was greeted with a doe in the backyard. Great start to the trip! Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short, but I would definitely book there again. And I have a couple of my friends that are interested in booking as well. Ruby was extremely quick to respond to messages and everything went smooth with check-in and check-out. No concerns with anything while there. Great experience!"

"Overall a great spot for a family vacation - awesome location, close to everything we wanted to do, great for kids, plenty of space for 7 of us. The place in general felt a little unlcean - floors were dirty, needed to be vacuumed, rugs and carpets needed a deep cleaning or just need to be replaced completely. The lower level was very musty and damp. We had to run a dehumidifier the whole time which helped. Had issues getting into the cabin upon arrival. The code didnt work but was quickly...
