"Check in was friendly and professional. Cleanliness was excellent and comfort in room was fantastic. Complementary spa use was a nice extra as well. One comment on the spa was the steam room and sauna weren't particularly hot. Perhaps just personal preference. Also the liner on the spa pool has come loose, feels a bit lumpy under foot."

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

"No plugs sockets by the beds in the room I stayed in, room was cold , a heater was already in the room when arrived , Bed are comfy, slept really well . Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Clean, well presented accommodation. Plenty of parking, free of charge and directly outside rooms. Easy check in and check out. Pub on site offering food - very friendly and helpful staff. A little walk into town, probably a good 10 minutes. However, can drive in and out as parking plentiful. Only £6 for taxi right to the sea front. Would stay again "

"A lovely stay in a lovely hotel. Plenty of parking, check in easy. Only annoying thing was the shampoo and body wash dispensers were in the way so bashed my arm every time I reached up to wash my hair in the shower."
