"Our room was beautiful 5* Luxury. We encountered an issue the first night, not the fault of the hotel, however when notified they went out of their way to investigate and resolve the issue. In the interim, they offered us another room and partial refund if we wanted it. "For anyone wanting to "get away from it all" this provides a unique opportunity. No phone signal and no internet in the area where the Shepherd huts are situated provides perfect peace. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, and superbly functional, everything you need is here.
