The staffs are very helpful, courteous and friendly. The room is clean and the facilities seem new. I like the bunk bed concept, which gives me more space. "Yeah wasn't bad the heater wasn't working on g when I first arrived but it was just the switch board, just can't have it on full fans but just under is okay. You can store you bag on the day you check out for up untill 9pm which was amazing and the check in girl was super friendly and nice "

"I can only comment on customer service as the recent Typhoon prevented us from traveling. They really take their no cancellation policy seriously and will not even give you a refund in the case of a natural disaster preventing you from traveling. Extremely unimpressed by this place and would not recommend booking with them. Took them 5 days to even respond to my cancellation request."
