"Bed bugs were in the room "

"On arrival the room thay had allocated was our of service. And had given us a room on the 3rd floor. The hotel has no lift. We both have mobility issues and the owner did not want to put us on the 3rd floor. She tried to arrange a sifferent hotel with a lift at no extra chargebut eas unable to locate one. They then moved 10 people from a 1st floor room to 3 other rooms at their expence so we vould have an easier time. Totally inexpexted amd fantastic outcome to a bad situation. Very impressed....

"A great place for students or people on a budget. The staff are really friendly. The location is great - things are never really more than a 20 min walk or 10 min tram ride away. However, being right in the centre means there was a lot of noise so might not be ideal for light sleepers. The stairs to the rooms are pretty narrow and steep which could be problematic for anyone with knee problems or if your'e really stoned :)"

Beautifully curated and most importantly, the warm embrace of the people working within the establishment. Giulia, Leedia, and the other fine gentlemen, as well as the owner were present. This was only the 3rd week the hotel/hostel has been in operation. The owner, an absolute gentleman, greeted me and introduced me to his staff the first 10...

"You get what you pay for, you can’t complain. 5 stars as it just a walk away from the main train station and it is right in the middle of Amsterdam city Centre. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there was no elevator for the building. Once I arrived my room was actually upgraded to a better room which was nice but at the very top floor. I’m fairly athletic so it was not much of a hassle for me."
