"The room was always too cold"

"The room service staff need to be trained in room cleaning protocol, use of tools for saperate space in the room. The room had a poor odour even after cleaning staff did their job, room decor and furniture has to revamped to give a fresh good feel. The price is a good driver, some training of the staff will help improve the stay experience."

Taking a shower after a long flight and a warm weather makes a world of difference to your comfort level. The room is nicely appointed, clean and designed with care.
