"(Hostel in Portbou) A basic hostel. 3/5. The room was quite tidy. There were hairs in the shared wc+shower, otherwise quite tidy. The beds were ok (springmadrass), the beddings were quite sheer and had quite strong smell (due to washing powder?). The walls let through all noises from outside and other rooms. The room&house had a stale smell. The receptionists spoke rather good english. The breakfast included 2 toasts, croissant and warm drink."

"Hanoi Hotel is highly recommended, if you are in the hilltop area of Begur. Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent full breakfast offered. Semi-private rooftop terrace with incredible views of the village. Walking distance to everything. Charming, warm experience of Catalan culture and hospitality. "
