"We stayed for one night only, and it was perfect! The breakfast is super nice with everything you need and more, and attention to detail is guaranteed. The buffet was always refilled and there was never a shortage of anything. We stayed with friends (3 rooms) and got to see that they are all a bit different. "The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice. Limited parking out front, but it’s free and we got a spot. Rooms are nice, though a little dated. Slow internet, but you’re in the heart of the Black Forrest so it is what it is. Overall great location and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Easy short drive to the buses for the Christmas market too!"

"Séjour idyllique à l’hôtel Bären ! La Chambre était spacieuse, propre, literie confortable, belle salle de douche. La cuisine est variée et plutôt subtile. Le personnel est chaleureux et prévenant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le spa (saunas et hammam), avec sa salle de relaxation confortable, très agréable après une journée de rando au Feldberg !"

"Overall overpriced for what you get. Beautiful area but 40 minute drive to Triberg and at least 10 to Titisee-Neustadt. The hotel is charming and traditionally decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would have eaten dinner there but there were a crazy amount of flies in the restaurant. Most importantly this hotel does NOT have mini golf, fishing or a golf range on site even though these are listed as amenities. Also not sure that they should...

"Our experience in the Black Forest was fantastic! The room has all new appliances and kitchenware and it is completely pet friendly, I wish I had taken my cat with me! It would be 100% possible with an all wooden furniture. We were in the last room of the hall so the internet was very limited, but still it forced us to disconnect and it was extremely relaxing after all. The staff was super friendly and responsive, we got all the info and help we needed all the time. I will go back with my cat...

"An der Anzeigetafel stand, dass wir ein Cafe Venezia suchen mussten doch es war keiner in der Nähe. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es die Strasse weiter oben ein Restaurant Rauchklang hatte und dort mussten wir den Schlüssel holen. Bis wir dies aber herausgefunden haben war sehr umständlich. Als ich auf die Nummer anrief hat der Herr am Telefon nur gesagt, dass wir die Strasse hinauffahren mussten und einfach der Strasse entlang, nicht in wlches Haus oder Restaurant..
