We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! "Property was in a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and on a bus line which made it easy to get into Heraklion as well as too and from the airport as well as other tourist destinations such as the palace of Knossos. "

"The hotel is very well maintained. For guests needing a lift, be aware it is small and slow. The food provided very good and fresh,. The location is ok, typical tourist area. Near other places to eat and drink and supermarket, ATM's, bus routes. If you like the beach, be aware this is limited on this part of the coast and steps down from path above. Reception, restaurant and cleaning team all very good. Bar staff mostly good except for the afternoon member of staff, who was on occasion...
