"My sister and I spent two nights at the Bellaroto and had a lovely time. Room was light and bright and very clean. In a fantastic location in the historic area within walking distance to shopping, dining and sightseeing. "Darling hotel. Small room, as it was fitted with bunk beds along with the queen bed to accommodate our kids -- but it had so much charm and character and we were very comfortable. A balcony, pretty tile, and a nice breakfast in the morning. Extremely clean. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. "Expedia should clearly state that this is a B&B and not a hotel. The owner(s) seem not to be familiar with how to manage such a place. Unless you pass out from drinking, or for other reasons, there is no way you can sleep in this place. And that's why you pay for: TO SLEEP AND REST during the night.
