"Property was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately we were there the week before the outdoor pool opened. They charge for their indoor pool. We paid one day for my son (5) to use the indoor pool. "There’s this girl from concierge can’t remember her name she’s speak English very well and she helped us and accommodate us very she’s highly skilled staff , overall the place is highly recommended and all the staff are excellent. We will come back definitely. "

"Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good."

"Good location for business use and not too far from Kokusai Dori if you don’t mind walking for 10-15 minutes. Donki is in 3 minutes walk distance, very convenient for grocery shopping if you are here for pleasure."

"Our initial room was much smaller than we had expected based on the website pictures. Additionally, the window shade was broken. We requested a different room which the management provided. They then provided the option of a club level room that was larger and had a couple of extra perks, (coffee, beer, wine and snacks) for an additional $40 per nite. Definitely worth doing the upgrade. The staff is very pleasant and courteous but my not knowing Japanese did create some communication...
