"Overall we had a lovely stay! The room was incredible and very clean. One thing to note is that it was often hard to find staff members, especially at the cafe. We would want to get something and there would be no staff on the entire floor. We also had an odd interaction with one of the front desk members. "For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa.
